Published five years after the launch of Edinburgh Ocean Leaders, this Impact Report highlights how the Ocean Leaders Community is making a meaningful difference on some of the ocean’s most urgent challenges and opportunities. Based on surveys and interviews with the Ocean Leaders, the report provides evidence in support of our guiding theory of change: that distributed, creative, and empowered leadership is essential for achieving transformative, positive change for the ocean.
