Marine Communications Consultant
James Nikitine is a marine scientist and corporate communications consultant. A French-British citizen originally from the French Alps, he runs his professional consultancy, Marine Communications, a strategic communications, video and documentary production company specializing in marine science, conservation and policy.
He is an active member of the International Union for Conservation of Nature’s World Commission on Protected Areas, and a Fellow with the Edmund Hillary Fellowship. He also leads the Blue Cradle Foundation, an ocean science and conservation education non-profit based in Ōtautahi-Christchurch (NZ). James lives in New Zealand with his wife and 2 sons.
